Asuhan Keperawatan Kebutuhan Aman Nyaman dengan Pemberian Modern Dressing Hydrogel untuk Mempercepat Proses Penyembuhan Luka Diabetik

Abstract
Background: Diabetic ulcers occur due to arterial blood vessel disorders, dry skin, and foot deformities. Wound care using modern hydrogel dressings can accelerate the wound healing process by removing dead or necrotic tissue naturally through the process of autolysis debridement and creating a moist environment in the area around the wound, and helps soften or destroy necrotic tissue without damaging surrounding healthy tissue. Objective: To provide nursing care for modern hydrogel dressings to accelerate the healing process of diabetic wounds. Research Methods: This research uses a case study method by providing modern hydrogel dressing interventions carried out for 14 days with a frequency of treatment every 3 days on clients who have lower estermity diabetic ulcers at PSBDBB 2 Cengkareng. Research Results: Showing success in wound care using modern hydrogel dressings which are characterized by changes in wound size, wound edge color, wound base color, client 1, namely wound size P. 4 L: 1: 4 L: 3.5 and yellow wound edge color, black and hard wound base color to P: 3,5 L: 3 and reddish wound edge color, black wound base color, soft and slightly detached from the wound base. While in client II there was no change in wound size where the wound size was P: Right leg 8 x 10.5 cm, left leg Left leg 4.5 x 7 cm and there was a change in the color of the wound base which was reddish 60%, yellowish 40%. Conclusion: Treatment using modern hydrogel dressings can help accelerate the wound healing process in diabetic ulcer patients.
