Abstract

Administrative services are one of the factors that influence patient satisfaction in healthcare facilities, including clinics. Efficient, fast, and friendly administrative services can enhance the patient experience and improve the clinic’s image. This study aims to analyze the influence of administrative services on patient satisfaction in clinics. The research method used is a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to patients who received services at the clinic. The study results show that service speed, staff friendliness, and the ease of administrative procedures have a significant relationship with patient satisfaction levels. Therefore, improving the quality of administrative services, such as digitalizing the registration system and enhancing the competency of administrative staff, is essential to increase patient satisfaction.
