Abstract

Technological advancements in healthcare systems have brought significant changes, including the implementation of electronic medical records (EMR). The use of EMR aims to improve efficiency and accuracy in patient data recording; however, its implementation can influence the level of satisfaction among healthcare workers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between EMR usage and healthcare workers' satisfaction based on literature reviews and quantitative research. The study design used is cross-sectional, employing survey methods with questionnaires distributed to healthcare workers in various healthcare facilities. The literature review indicates that ease of use, access speed, and system reliability are key elements in enhancing healthcare workers' satisfaction. Data analysis results show a significant relationship between EMR usage and the level of satisfaction among healthcare workers. The study's conclusion emphasizes the importance of optimizing the EMR system through the development of more user-friendly technology, healthcare worker training, and periodic evaluations to ensure effective implementation. Therefore, the proposed recommendations include increasing technical support and policies that encourage wider adoption of EMR in healthcare systems
